These are the most common mistakes when using My Salsa Maker to chop or dice:
Place whole or large vegetable pieces. Always cut in smaller pieces.
Placing My Salsa Maker on a slippery or wet surface. Make sure the surface is completely dry.
Not locking the lid properly. It takes a half turn clockwise to lock the lid onto the base.
Holding it from the handle to chop. The right way is with your hand putting pressure on the lid to keep it firm.
Spinning the knob counter clockwise. The right way is always clockwise.
Spinning too many times. It takes between 8-12 clockwise turn to chop medium size. Anything between 12-20 turns will make a small chopped size. Anything between 20-30 turns will completely dice.
